verb
When new and different educational opportunities are built from the aspirations and needs of communities a broader array of exemplary schools—led by a more diverse group of leaders—can thrive. That’s why centering the perspectives of students and families in authorizing and public education, must be the norm. That will require new and different ways of listening to, and acting from, what communities tell us.
